- Data acquisition and preparation of reports using systems such as ABI (Business Warehouse), Sales Force (CRM), and AFO (Business Warehousing for SAP)
- Monthly closing activities including provisions calculations, checking balances for services companies
- Reporting to the Company Headquarter
- Providing active support to local business units with reports, tools, analyses, and recommendations
- Cooperating closely with the Company Coordinator and the Service Manager
- Building strong relationships with and offering support to service companies in the area of service controlling
- Participating in projects within the Finance department at both local and Group levels
- Supporting the Finance Manager in daily operations
What makes us successful together
- Higher education in the field: (finance, accounting)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Fluency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Experience in working with data warehouses (knowledge of AFO will be an advantage)
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, StreamSoft and CRM systems such as Sales Force will be an advantage
- Experience in financial planning
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
