• Support national promotion activities to enhance brand exploration in channel.
• Support to collaborate with regional TMKT and be innovative and active on national promotion, make annual plan and work with regional TMKT & sales force and dealers to implement it crossing region and country.
• Be creative on seek opportunity to improve brand awareness in each campaign, and even better if can bring more leads and sales rev.
• Monthly budget track && trace. POSM design and management
• Process improvement on dealer support, to encourage dealers’ resource focus. Process improvement on channel gift management. Process improvement on end customer’s award coupon in Vaillant Hunter to enhance usage of Vaillant Hunter and leads to order rate.
• Be active on managing traditional sales channels, such as Home Building Materials City, Home EXPO etc.

What makes us successful together

• Be experiences on trade marketing, product marketing, strategic marketing or relevant position.
• Have enough understanding on sales model of home appliance industry.
• Strong experience on promotion, designer event and channel management are preferred.
• Good at excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skill. Good English skill both of oral and written.
• At least 3 year experiences on HVAC field or home appliance industrial on channel marketing, product marketing, strategic marketing or relevant position.
