- Providing technical telephone support to installers.
- Responding promptly to emails from installers.
- Assisting installers with technical drawings and diagrams.
- Supporting our Sales Support team by identifying part numbers for spare parts.
- Managing and optimizing interventions on the Dashboard for technicians.

- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of heat pump technology and the hydraulic components of heating systems.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Danish and Swedish, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- IT Skills: Competency in using Office and other digital tools at a user level.
- Adaptability: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Service Orientation: Excellent communication skills, ensuring colleagues, installers, and private customers feel welcomed and supported.
