What we achieve together
- Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, including answering technical inquiries and advising on product selection.
- Assist in preparing quotes and technical specifications based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with the technical department to ensure proper installation and servicing of heat pumps.
- Maintain and update product catalogs and technical documentation.
- Participate in daily team tasks such as answering phones and entering orders.
What makes us successful together
- High school diploma or equivalent
- If possible an education as a Technicians in plumming/ Hvac
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales support and/or technical support
- Proficiency with SAP ERP and Sales Force would be nice
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and terminology can be advantageous
