• Lead the team responsible for master data operations along with huge stake in several projects, ensuring that team members are motivated, well-trained, and aligned with the company's objectives
• Identifying and scouting business process patterns, data quality defects and process bottleneck, prepare the reports with KPIs
• Actively approach the issues and try to prevent them as much as possible
  serve as a first contact for escalations related to master data and its processes
• Manage the expectations with project stakeholders and act as a liaison between the master data team and business units, facilitating communication and collaboration to address data-related needs and challenges
• Coordinate migration activities (scoping, cleansing, validation) for defined domains
• Develop the team and each member
• Defining priorities and plan capacity and contributes to strategic planning efforts, aligning master data management with broader business goals and initiatives.
