- Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering (preferably a master’s or PhD) can open the door to exciting career opportunities in our company.
- Experience: With more than 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the HVAC sector, you will have the opportunity to join our dynamic team.
- Know-how and Skills: Your knowledge of engineering tools such as Creo, PLM, SAP, and your expertise in product validation, cost analysis, VGPA, FMEA, and engineering change management will allow you to make a meaningful impact.
- Language Skills: A strong command of English (and preferably German) will enable you to communicate effectively on an international level.
- Nice to Have: A Green Belt certification and experience in structured problem solving using DMAIC and PSP (Problem Solving Process) methods will support your success in this role.
- Personality: Strong coordination, problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and creativity skills will set you apart.
