What we achieve together
- You will join our Service2Retention team enhancing service solutions for Vaillant Group in Salesforce
- Design and implement solutions together with the IT teams, customers and product owners in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service (Classic and LEX)
- Write and update platform documentation and conduct user trainings and demos
- Manage stakeholder requirements and expectations by project management
- Contribute to a self-organizing and autonomous team
What makes us successful together
- Experience in designing salesforce or service processes. Ideally you designed and implemented such solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service
- Experience with different types of service processes, such as orders, contracts, call center, invoicing, etc
- Fluent English as you will be working in international environment
- You are a team player and round off your profile with strong communication skills combined with a high degree of initiative and motivation
- Willingness to learn and constant develop professional and personal skills
