Working Student (m/f/d) Group IT Enterprise Content Management

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• As an important team member in the area of Enterprise Content Management you will support around the software platform "OpenText" as part of our Enterprise Content Management solution, which is used group-wide at Vaillant 
• You will support administrative project work, take part in project meetings and coordination, and prepare presentations and project documentation.
• Your tasks also include the conception of customer requirements and support in the creation of a project wiki with Confluence
• You will help the project team with the follow-up of strategic and time-related subprojects
• In addition, you will collaborate on process documentation and provide support in the areas of authorization workflow and application support

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) with a focus on business administration/IT or a comparable field of study. 
• You have already gained some practical experience through internships or working student activities
• First experiences with SAP, Confluence or JIRA are desirable
• Initial experience in the area of project management is also desirable
• You have discovered your IT affinity and would like to further deepen your knowledge 
• Your strong communication skills, proactive approach and commitment help you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• You have very good English skills as well as very good MS Office skills
