Technical Trainer HVAC (m/f/d) International
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Through the continuous development and delivery of technical training and learning content, you will ensure the technical expertise on new products & systems and thus the market introduction in all our Vaillant national sales companies
- In the context of new product and system launches, you will develop blended learning concepts
- You will select suitable training formats (e.g. e-learning, face-to-face training, online training) and create training content that is suitable for your target group
- You train and enable the local trainers of the Vaillant Group national sales companies to conduct trainings for relevant target groups (train-the-trainer)
- You take over the management of service providers, e.g. for the creation of individual training contents
- Close coordination with various corporate divisions such as R&D, product management, service, sales or similar round off your exciting area of responsibility
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- Due to your successfully completed technical studies in engineering, supply engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable training, you have the necessary tools of the trade
- You have already gained several years of professional experience in the HVAC sector and can therefore draw on in-depth knowledge in the field of heating technology, knowledge in the field of heat pumps and control engineering is necessary
- You have very good project management skills and ideally already experience in the field of training
- Your very good MS Office skills help you in your daily business
- Due to your strong communication skills and your fluent English, you communicate confidently in an international environment
- Stakeholder management, presentation and organizational skills as well as a meticulous way of working round off your profile
