Specialist (m/f/d) Transfer Pricing

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • In this role, you will assume responsibility from the outset and advise the Vaillant Group companies independently on transfer pricing issues from a strategic, economic and procedural perspective, from planning to the preparation of the documentation required for transfer pricing 
  • Your tasks will include analysing and structuring cross-border value creation processes in transformation projects and identifying optimisation potential, as well as defending transfer prices in external tax audits and supporting international arbitration and mutual agreement proceedings
  • In addition, you will advise the Transfer Price Office as part of the review of ongoing transfer prices and further develop digitalisation in the area of transfer prices
  • Finally, you will also be involved in a wide range of international tax law issues, such as PCbCR, Pillar 2, M&A activities)
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • You have successfully completed your studies (Master's or Diploma) in economics or law with above-average results 
  • Ideally, you have passed the tax consultant exam or are currently in the examination process 
  • You have several years of experience in the field of transfer pricing and basic knowledge of ERP systems 
  • Your very good MS Office and SAP skills will help you in your day-to-day business
  • Your excellent command of English and your open personality enable you to communicate confidently at all levels and in an international environment 
  • Team spirit, organisational talent and a careful and proactive way of working round off your profile
