R&D Manager (m/f/d) Group Sustaining Engineering
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Your task will be the management of international project portfolio within the agreed priority, budget and capacity corridors across all organizational units and SE locations
- You Ensure that all projects deliver the agreed results with the help of appropriate communication, planning, risk management, decision-making and escalation. Contribution to SE strategy development, communication/ representation, and deployment as well as leading strategic projects
- You will be responsible for the deployment of resources to all projects (incl. PMO & Sustaining Engineering), the application of quality, safety plus environmental standards or rules, and if necessary, support in operative project work
- You take care of the continuous development of employee qualification adaption of skills to future challenges and technological developments, plus the creation of a motivational environment
- You support the continuous improvement of Sustaining Engineering processes and development of product and component strategies
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- You have a master’s degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or similar and several years of work experience especially in product or technology development plus many years of experience in leading teams
- You have knowledge of the HVAC business, markets, technologies, systems, products, customers, competitors, and suppliers
- You have knowledge of foreign languages with at least fluent skills in Business English and German
- Due to your open and trustworthy personality, you communicate confidently at all managerial levels
- Team spirit, organizational talent, and a meticulous way of working round off your profile
