Quality Manager (m/f/d) Digital Products

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • As a Quality Manager Digital Products you are responsible for the group-wide monitoring of our digital products (focus on apps & gateways) and you will be part of our Market Quality Team
  • As the central contact person, you are the interface between the quality officers in our global sales and service entities and our 3rd level support
  • You will identify, cluster and prioritise error patterns in our digital products based on the impact on warranty costs and customer satisfaction (e.g. app store ratings). You will initiate activities in 3rd level support and conduct regular quality reviews with the product owners
  • As the operational process owner for digital product monitoring, you are also responsible for continuous process improvement and reporting to management
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • You have successfully completed a technical degree and have at least three years of relevant professional experience in quality management with knowledge of e.g. Six Sigma, 8D and FMEA in an international environment.
  • Experience in quality management of digital products (e.g. IoT, apps, gateways) and with process tools such as JIRA
  • You communicate confidently at different levels and are speaking German and fluent English
  • You are characterised by a structured and independent approach coupled with initiative and quality orientation
