Projekt Lead IT & Service (m/f/d) Sales and Marketing
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of national and international projects, with a focus on the areas of sales and marketing - including the preparation of resource planning and budgets
- In your exciting role, you will coordinate the requirements of various organizational units and act as a point of contact for CRM issues
- You will lead the functional project team, considering project goals, costs, deadlines and quality
- The development of project plans and approval of adjustments as well as decision making and ensuring the appropriate documentation are part of your daily tasks
- You will create functional specifications/test scenarios, concept/tool releases and take over the control of service providers
- You are responsible for coordinating, monitoring and controlling the project processes
- You will be responsible for the technical/process-related support and preparation of user training courses and trainings
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics or business informatics
- You can draw on solid professional experience in the areas of IT, marketing and/or sales as well as project work
- Your experienced project management skills make you a highly skilled professional
- MS Office is one of your common tools and you have an affinity for technical topics
- You are fluent in German and English at a business level
- You are willing to travel on business at home and abroad
- Team spirit, organizational talent and a precise way of working round off your profile
