Project Manager (m/f/d) eCommerce

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• With your project management skills, you will continue to expand the Vaillant Group's digital end-customer marketplace, "HeatingOnline", internationally 
• You will coordinate the roll-out of our IT platform in new markets and continuously develop it further in close cooperation with our national companies
• Based on well-founded KPI analyses, you will play a key role in offering end-customers and installers new platform features while optimizing the customer journey
• You contribute significantly on increasing conversion rates and online sales of our marketplace
• You will act confidently in the coordination of various stakeholders and support our national subsidiaries in an advisory capacity on all relevant technical plus non-technical issues
• You will develop and implement integral processes, such as the set-up of a call center for lead qualification or the development of communication channels within the framework of lead nurturing

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You have a university degree in Marketing, Media Management, or a comparable qualification and several years’ work experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
• Ideally, you also have work experience in dialogue marketing or marketing automation
• A high degree of empathy, excellent analytical skills, and knowledge of common IT tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems and BI tools will help you in your day-to-day work  
• Your fluency in German and English plus your excellent communication skills in an international environment enable you to act confidently at all levels (further European language skills are an advantage) 
• Your love challenges and have already proven that you can deal with changes in your projects 
• The willingness to travel to other European countries rounds off your profile
