Project Manager (m/f/d) Service Solutions

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• In this position, you will be responsible for developing new and improving existing B2C service solutions over the entire lifecycle. These include for example connected service contracts, warranty extensions and other services for end customers
• In cooperation with our international sales and service companies, you will prepare comprehensive analyses and steer projects within the area of service solutions
• You ensure profitability and growth of service solutions by calculating business cases and optimizing pricing 
• Together with your local counterparts, you are responsible for defining and standardizing service delivery processes
• You will be the international interface for cross-functional teams and support local service teams within the areas of business development, digitalization and strategy 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business administration, technology or similar
• You already have gained some professional experience in service or product management on the corporate or consulting side; experience in the service environment is an advantage
• Your knowledge of finance in connection with product development and profitability, as well as your knowledge of strategic marketing will help you in your day-to-day work 
• Your strong customer orientation, excellent international communication skills and business fluent English enable you to communicate confidently at all levels  
• Your profound knowledge of MS-Office completes your profile
