Project Assistance (m/f/d) Group Strategy

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Your task is the implementation and active support of strategic projects, especially in cross-team projects of the strategy area; in doing so, you identify project risks and derive measures to mitigate them 
• You are a sparring partner for the stakeholders in the strategic projects and regularly exchange information on the status of key activities and critical issues and ensure appropriate project documentation
• You prepare management meetings and also present project results, concepts and other relevant topics there yourself 
• You support the functions and regions in the Vaillant Group in project management and in selected strategic issues 
• You support the budget planning of the Group Strategy department, always keep an eye on costs and implement optimisations together with the management level
• Within the scope of your assistant activities, you coordinate all necessary appointments, plan and organise trips and events at home and abroad and support the team in all other organisational issues

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree in economics
• You can draw on previous experience in a similar function in the strategy or finance area
• You have excellent presentation and moderation skills and your very good knowledge of MS Office will help you in your day-to-day business
• Your very good German & English and your open and trustworthy personality enable you to communicate confidently at all levels
• A good analytical and structured way of thinking as well as high problem-solving skills and a careful way of working complete your profile
