Program Manager (m/f/d) Commercial IT

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • In this position you will have the overall responsibility for the IT programs used within the Vaillant Group (mainly ERP and CRM).
  • You lead the development of the overall concept for IT programs, their timeframes and the definition of key deliverables.
  • You are in constant communication with the program sponsors, informing them regularly and thus ensuring a stable relationship and a common vision regarding the program outcome. 
  • You will establish and ensure appropriate governance functions for the program in line with company policies and procedures. 
  • You are responsible for the program budget as well as the deployment of the required project resources and actively manage communication about the program with relevant stakeholders
  • You will track the implementation of program projects, their progress against plan and the delivery of agreed outputs 
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • You have successfully completed your studies (diploma or master's degree) in business administration, computer science or a comparable course of study
  • You already have several years of professional experience in IT project/program management in the manufacturing industry 
  • You have strong leadership skills and a proactive, independent and motivated approach to your work
  • You have a high degree of empathy and are able to adapt your interaction style to the needs of different personalities
  • Your excellent analytical, conceptual, communicative and interpersonal skills enable you to act confidently at all levels
  • Your business fluent English skills round off your profile
