Process Rollout Manager (m/f/d) Service-to-Retention


  • You are representing our Service End-to-End Process Stream in the roll-out activities of the Digital Process World Programme – the digital transformation programme that drives the implementation of a new CRM (Salesforce Field Service) and ERP (SAP S/4 HANA) landscape for our Service Business Processes
  • You will be part of a cross-functional rollout team within the Digital Process World Programme to also focus on end-to-end integrated processes with other business functions e.g. Sales or Finance 
  • You will be part of the Group Service Business Processes team and will be working directly with the Product and Process Owners developing a strong knowledge and solutions on Field Service and Customer Service-related business processes that are based on our Template while building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Together with our regional experts you are setting up the right local roll-out organization and moderate initial scoping and pre-assessment workshops
  • Together with an interdisciplinary team you are designing and participating in “Fit/Gap-Sessions” with your colleagues in the local service organizations and our implementation partner and discuss/assess the relevant processes and their application within our integrated template

  • You are identifying process gaps in a first step as well as a smooth decision-making process by evaluating criticality and impact
  • During testing and cut-over phase you make sure that our structured approach is followed and moderate any revision if needed and you support the onboarding of implementation partners with regard to the functionalities of our new Service CRM environment Salesforce Field Service


  • You have a successfully completed university degree in economics, business information technology or similar
  • You have a profound professional experience in process consulting and harmonization on field service processes or similar tasks with focus on business processes
  • You are adept at using project management approaches and rollout / implementation environments as well as to develop concepts and methods for workshops and project facilitation
  • Experience in working with relevant CRM / ERP systems is necessary, working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Thanks to your business fluent English and your open and trustworthy personality you communicate confidently on all levels and are able to manage detailed process discussions with stakeholders and local business experts
  • A general willingness to travel rounds off your profile
