What we achieve together

  • As Head of Production Logistics and Planning (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring the execution and optimisation of production planning and planning processes, as well as for production order management at the plant
  • You are an SAP key user for our 'Forecast to stock' and take on the role of local IT coordinator (m/f/d) by contributing to the development of group-wide standards in the assigned area of responsibility 
  • You will regularly liaise with the Supply Chain Management department, including attending meetings, conducting performance tracking and at the same time be responsible for the plant's production logistics planning  
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of methodological expertise on production logistics processes and production planning processes for the Vaillant Group Production System (VPS) 
  • You will also be responsible for the management and development of the production planner and the local production logistics team, as well as cost control of the production logistics area  
  • Your tasks will include initiating and implementing projects in the areas of logistics, planning and scheduling, as well as responsibility for inventory security
  • You will support the introduction of SAP S/4 Hana at the plant in Remscheid

  • You have successfully completed your studies in engineering, specialising in logistics and supply chain management and can demonstrate several years of professional experience with management experience
  • Your comprehensive knowledge of project management, controlling and business administration, as well as good SAP and MS Office skills, will help you in your day-to-day business 
  • Experience with SAP S/4Hana and its implementation is desirable
  • Your very good English and German and your open and trustworthy personality enable you to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Your strong communication skills, your ability to motivate yourself and your authenticity round off your profile
