Manager (m/f/d) Marketing & Customer Experience - temporary for 2 years
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- As Manager (m/f/d) Marketing & Customer Experience you identify relevant touchpoints along the customer journey for the successful marketing of digital and non-digital service products
- Your tasks include the development of marketing-relevant content for various communication channels (e.g. online and social media) to strengthen the presence of our service offerings
- In collaboration with the product managers of our digital and non-digital service products, you will develop communication concepts that are easily adapted and successfully rolled out in our local service companies
- With your international colleagues you will drive the continuous improvement of service processes with focus on customer experience that are directly related to our customers and develop appropriate improvement measures
- You are also responsible for setting up and moderating workshops with the relevant product managers and stakeholders, as well as for actively engaging with our service community
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing management or business development
- Through your professional experience in marketing and customer experience management in the service environment, you have the necessary tools at your disposal
- You also have experience in process analysis and in the development of communication strategies for various touchpoints along the customer journey
- Your strategic competence and your outside-the-box thinking approach help you to successfully implement the projects
- You speak fluently German and English in your daily business
- Your strong communication skills enable you to communicate confidently at all management levels and your team spirit and intercultural competence round off your profile
