Junior Manager Business Development (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You support the development of sub-area strategies for Vaillant Germany, e.g. for digitalization, taking into consideration of market and technology trends
• You identify innovation opportunities along external and internal customer journeys
• As part of the team, you will develop solution approaches for prioritized opportunities, validate them and take over the implementation of individual measures 
• You will be responsible for sub-projects and support the corresponding project teams in terms of content and methodology.
• In addition, you will work on the further development of new business models in agile and classic project formats
• The opportunity for direct exchange with customers, a solution and implementation-oriented approach, and a lot of space for creativity and your own design make your task field unique

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Successfully completed bachelor's degree in the field of (business) engineering 
• First professional experience, esp. operational with agile methods, preferably in a start-up or IT environment
• Fluent German and English language skills and a strong affinity for digital topics and trends 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a high level of interest in new and changing areas of responsibility
