WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will work in different areas such as Group Controlling, Purchase Controlling, Marketing & Sales, Controlling or Audit and you will also be part of the international project team to drive global projects forward in the "SustainibiliTeam
• You will get to know all facets of the finance controlling area in order to be able to become a finance controlling expert (m/f/d) at the end of the 24-month program
• As a full team member, you will work independently on projects such as the Digital Process World and contribute to the monthly financial statements and the analysis of KPI's
• To think outside the box, you will spend several months abroad learning not only about the national but also the international facets of Finance & Controlling
• Regular feedback meetings and development measures help us to support you in the best possible way, keep an eye on your strengths and then offer you a position that suits you best
• With the international trainee program of the Vaillant Group, you will set the basis for a successful career in the Finance & Controlling area

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You have successfully completed a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of economics with a focus on finance and/or controlling
• Your sense for numbers as well as first professional experiences in the areas of finance and controlling through internships or working student activities help you with the project work
• Your ability to travel abroad is not a problem for you
• You communicate fluently in German and very well in English on all levels
• Due to your already gained international experience you can perform and prove yourself in an international context with confidence

• Mobile working: We offer up to 70% remote work. In addition, our employees can work from a European Union country for up to 30 days a year
