In our team, we are passionate about developing digital solutions helping to improve the energy efficiency consumption of Vaillant heat pumps in Germany.
- In your role as IT Service Engineer, you will design, program and implement local IT setups to test and pilot new digital solutions and software versions in collaboration with service experts and product managers.
- Your responsibilities will include adapting the IT infrastructure to different phases of the digital solution lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions from pilot to rollout.
- Together with an interdisciplinary team, you coordinate service activities across various products, ensuring high customer satisfaction and optimal service performance.
- You will provide technical guidelines for requesting IT support from the central Vaillant Group organization and act as a key liaison during the migration to centrally managed IT and IoT systems.
- By documenting and presenting your work in internal committees, you ensure transparency and alignment across departments.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You hold a degree in engineering, preferably in supply technology or a related field.
- Experience: You bring 2–3 years of professional experience in IT service, programming and Cloud architecture (Azure)
- Know-how and Skills: You have solid knowledge of MS Office tools, Phyton & Web development and are confident in analysing system errors and coordinating service documentation.
- Nice to Have: Experience with heat pumps or digital energy solutions and Salesforce is a big plus
- Personality: You are a proactive team player with strong communication skills and a passion for sustainable technology.
- Language Skills: You speak German and English fluently
