IT Security Operations Coordinator (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• In your role as an IT Security Operations Coordinator you ensure that Vaillant Group continuously implements and adheres to the agreed IT security policies by building the bridge between the Security Operations Center, security governance organization and the operational units
• To achieve this, you improve the ticket and information flow and the remediation processes. 
• You plan coordinate and document incident response by working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• In addition, you set up regular reporting and ticket system dashboards to track the relevant developments in your area 
• You take over responsibility for subprojects and provider contracts to improve the quality of our security data flows and communication process

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You have successfully completed your studies in computer science or a comparable technical qualification and bring along minimum two years professional experience in the field of T change and incident management
• Experience in responding to, analyzing, and communicating information security incidents with business units would be a great plus
• You are well-structured and to manage a variety of simultaneous tasks is not a big challenge for you
• Your fluent business and technical English is ideally complemented with German skills at a scale of B1 and higher
• Your strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, combined with a high degree of initiative and the motivation to work in an agile and interdisciplinary environment, make you a suitable candidate
