Head of Plant Controlling Germany (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Your task is to ensure consistent financial reporting in compliance with Group standards in your area of responsibility
  • You will act as a business partner to the plant managers in Germany and lead a small team
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and continuous provision of relevant controlling analyses, evaluations and data such as budget, forecasts, targets, performance management, etc. for the area of responsibility and ensuring data consistency
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the preparation of business cases and profitability analyses to support the decision-making process within the area of responsibility in compliance with Vaillant Group investment guidelines
  • You will drive further standardization and harmonization of financial and KPI reporting across the area of responsibility (best practice) in collaboration with the Head of Finance Manufacturing and ensure compliance with standard KPI definitions
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on finance / controlling, ideally combined with a technical degree, giving you the necessary tools of the trade
  • You have more than 10 years of professional experience in plant controlling and at least 5 years of experience in managing employees
  • Your experience in SAP, very good MS Office skills, confident use of tools such as Power-Pivot/-Query and Analysis for Office will help you in your day-to-day business
  • You communicate confidently at all levels thanks to your excellent German and English and your open and trustworthy personality
  • Team spirit, organizational talent and a meticulous way of working round off your profile
