Head (m/f/d) of Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Your main responsibility as our new Head of BI CoE is to help transforming Vaillant Group towards a data-informed company by establishing and managing a central unit that provides a harmonized Enterprise Data Model
  • To achieve this, you will have the chance to set up and lead a great team of data professionals who will provide state-of -the art visualization solutions (dashboards, reportings), fitting data models, KPIs, reporting and analytics solutions using SAP BW/SAC 
  • You will also represent the BI CoE both to internal and external stakeholders on an international level, making sure that highly efficient and transparent communication takes place   
  • Furthermore, you will drive the continuous improvement and nurture the innovative spirit in the field of Data Structure on a group level in terms of technology, infrastructure and tools 
     
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • You have successfully completed your university degree in Business Administration or Information Technology 
  • You have profound project and managerial experience in the field of Business Intelligence, preferably within SAP BW/SAC environment and possess expertise in the field of strategy development and stakeholder management
  • You feel comfortable setting up and steering business processes while challenging the status quo 
  • To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills on all business levels  
  • You speak fluently German and English in your daily business
