The Vaillant Group is looking for an experienced and dedicated Group Information Security Project Manager (m/f/d) to drive our group-wide cyber security projects with strategic vision and operational excellence. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Program management: You monitor and control the cyber security program projects (CSP), including financial tracking and reporting
- Project design: You will develop the project charter and define the objectives, scope and methodology of our security projects
- Moderation and leadership: Preparing, conducting and moderating coordination meetings with project managers and leading the CSP steering committees round off your portfolio
- International project management: You will lead cross-group project teams, promote competence building and team development and efficiently manage the budget and schedule
- Stakeholder management: maintaining relationships with stakeholders ensures clear communication and reporting on the progress of projects
- Risk and conflict management: identify and manage risks and conflicts and ensure compliance with safety standards and strategic business objectives
- Project presentation: You represent key projects within the Vaillant Group and prepare and present reports to top management
What makes us successful together
- Qualifications: Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT security, computer science or business administration with a corresponding focus. Further training and certificates in information security are desirable
- Know-how: Several years of professional experience in information security as well as profound experience in project management (PMP, Prince2 or SCRUM)
- Further professional experience: Experience in project management and international environment with project size >10 people and budget responsibility as well as experience in the IT and cyber security environment (e.g. NIS2, CRA, NIST CSF, ISO 27001)
- Personality: You are characterized by a high affinity for numbers, shareholder management, a thirst for knowledge and a strong assertiveness
- Work style & language: Reliable, precise, independent and goal-oriented work style as well as adequate communication in fluent English & German and intercultural skills
