Finance Process and Project Manager (m/f/d)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will design the project and requirements management process, including the communication framework and the interfaces with connected systems and tools.
- You will be responsible for financial process design, roll-out and hyper-care as part of an SAP S/4 transformation
- Your task is to ensure the appropriateness of the global R2R process through independent E2E process design responsibility as a member of the GPO team. You will be involved in the global management of change requirements for financial business processes
- You will review E2E process changes and ensure that the implementations are in line with the R2R process design as well as the accounting, reporting and controlling requirements.
- You will coordinate requests for changes to the R2R process. You will focus on the integration of functional finance processes into production-related end-to-end processes; in particular production (F2S), supply chain and purchasing (P2P)
- You will ensure the documentation of the individual steps in the R2R process across all E2E processes
- You are available as a global business partner for all queries and suggestions for change from the Finance department, in particular Industrial Finance and Group Controlling.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- You have a degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience in project and process management in the financial sector
- You have several years of experience in the operational area (e.g. finance, controlling, accounting and/or as a key user of ERP implementations) and have excellent analytical skills as well as strong methodological and presentation skills
- You are characterised by strong skills in dealing with IT, such as SAP (especially FI-CO, COPA, MM, PP), ARIS, JIRA and Confluence.
- Your excellent German & English, strong communication skills, open and trustworthy personality and ability to network enable you to communicate confidently at all levels
- Team spirit, organisational talent and a meticulous way of working round off your profile
