Digital Sales Specialist & Performance Management (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support for new business model developments: You will support the development and market launch of new digital sales and business models
  • Promotions and campaigns: You will be involved in the conception, planning and implementation of campaigns and promotions and take on the holistic strategic management of partner communication
  • Performance measurement: Conception and implementation of analyses to increase the performance of new and existing KPIs, operational maintenance of dashboards and reports, derivation of recommendations for action and communication of the most important results with the relevant stakeholders (especially target group managers within marketing, but also in the direction of end customer sales)
  • Project management: Conception and implementation of business development projects in the area of digital sales and support in the design, implementation and measurement of new business models for this area
  • Cooperations: Initiation, support and continuous further development of external cooperations
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • Degree: Completed Bachelor's degree in the field of economics or similar degree programs
  • Know-How: Several years of professional experience (minimum 3 years) in the areas of innovation management, strategy consulting or sales performance management
  • Personality & working style: Excellent conceptual mindset, extremely strong communication skills, excellent analytical skills, above average independent working style
  • Tools & Language: Fluent in German and English
