Business Development Manager Digital Solutions (m/f/d)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- In this position you will identify and implement high impact digital solutions for Pre- and After-Sales in the Western Europe region
- You will identify key growth areas and gaps of digital solutions in collaboration with your internal stakeholders such as local markets, After Sales Services and Business Intelligence
- You will structure our Digital Solutions program with focus on growing the core business, increasing revenues and improving service efficiency
- You are responsible for the execution of the digitalization program from project preparation to implementation
- You will support and advise the sales & service community, e.g. on the digital solution selection and localization or on contents and learning targets
- Supporting the definition of local sales and marketing plans is also part of your responsibilities
- You will establish and maintain interfaces to Service, Pre-Sales and Marketing in the countries of the Western Region as well as to group functions such as Sales Service and Service Solutions
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- You have successfully completed your studies (Diploma or Master) in business administration, industrial engineering or technical studies
- You can already draw on several years of international work experience with focus on sales and marketing topics with ideally digitalization experience in sales and service
- Your strong project management and implementation skills as well as your pro-active, self-driven work attitude and motivation set you apart
- You are able to generate change across the organization and to convince others on fact-based arguments
- Willingness to travel regularly across Western Europe
- With your excellent analytical, conceptional, communication and interpersonal skills you act confidently on all levels
- Your business fluent English skills and an international mindset complete your profile
