AMS Consultant (m/f/d) SAP PP/DS & IBP

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• In this role you handle incident management via ITIL foundation (ServiceNow) and the coordination of internal & external support teams regarding SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) topics
• Your daily business involves continuous stabilization & improvement of systems & services via problem management & root cause analysis 
• You also support our key user via documentation, trainings etc. within the agreed service level agreements
• You are our support expert in IBP planning and PP/DS and will handle urgent tickets from business & IT processes

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Successful completion (Master, Bachelor) of a business administration or computer science degree or comparable qualification
• Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) is desirable
• Knowledge of downstream processes such as procurement, sales, inventory etc. within SAP is desirable
• Intercultural competence and enjoyment of working with people from different cultural backgrounds
• Quick comprehension, analytical skills and "hands-on" mentality with great independence
• Your business-fluent English skills and your open and trustworthy personality enable you to communicate confidently at all levels, German knowledge is a plus
• Experience in the use of agile project and product management methods is desirable
