- In this role, you will manage incident resolution through ITIL foundation (ServiceNow) and coordinate internal & external P2P support teams on SAP Material Management (MM) topics, ensuring seamless operations.
- Your daily tasks will involve stabilizing and enhancing systems & services through problem management and root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement.
- You will empower our key users by providing documentation, training, and support within agreed service level agreements, fostering a knowledgeable and efficient team.
- As our MM support expert, you will handle urgent tickets from business & IT processes, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- You will accompany ongoing rollout projects, supporting the project team, particularly in knowledge transfer to our support organization, contributing to successful implementations.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, computer science, or possess a comparable qualification, providing a solid foundation for your role.
- Experience: You bring experience as a technical/functional Consultant within ECC and S/4 environment
- Know-how and Skills: Your knowledge of downstream processes such as finance, sales, logistics, etc., within SAP MM, equips you to navigate and optimize interconnected systems.
- Nice to Have: Experience with various project management methodologies, ARIBA SCC, ARIBA GB, MDG, plant maintenance and inventory would be beneficial.
- Personality: Your strong communication skills, teamwork ability, initiative, and motivation to work in an interdisciplinary environment make you an ideal candidate. Your quick comprehension, analytical skills, and "hands-on" mentality further strengthen your profile.
- Language Skills: You speak fluent business English and bring conversational German skills.
