Phase in/ out Manager (m/f/d)


  • As a Phase in/out Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the cross-functional management and control of all activities in the area of Supply Chain Management that are associated with Product Phase In & Out
  • Setting up a project team, carrying out the project kick-off and determining and coordinating all requirements of the relevant areas is your responsibility
  • You coordinate the entire engineering change process for phase out materials
  • You will prepare a phase-out project risk analysis (FMEA) including a project plan for budget calculation and the preparation of project reports and management summaries (including project closure)
  • You can use your professional skills in reporting to the phase-in project manager (R2S/S2M)
  • As part of the collaboration with the phase-out analyst, you will be responsible for the maintenance of SAP master data including the transfer of remaining scrapping activities to this


  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or business administration and have the necessary basic knowledge
  • You can draw on relevant professional experience in the fields of R&D, quality, supply chain, purchasing or production as well as initial experience in project work
  • Distinctive knowledge of MS Office products and your analytical skills make your everyday life easier. Additional SAP knowledge would be an advantage
  • Due to your very good knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written, you communicate confidently at all levels
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness paired with the ability to work in a team, a high degree of initiative and motivation round off your profile
