(Azure) Cloud Architect (m/f/d)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- As a Cloud Architect (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the development and continuous optimization of a cloud architecture for the delivery of digital services of the Vaillant Group
- You will closely work with integration architects as well as service development teams to understand and implement their requirements into an integration and digital services platform
- You will enable and inspire agile product development teams to increase quality, security and time to market by providing reliable and easy to use self-service tools
- You will ensure the stability of the of the cloud-based services by implementing required resource monitoring, self-healing and automation
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, engineering, physics or a comparable qualification
- You have proven experience in the use of virtualized infrastructure, including networks, virtualization, docker, kubernetes and cloud resources
- You are an advocate of GitOps principles and of infrastructure as code and CI/CD automation to support autonomous development teams
- You have complementary skills in the programming of deployment scripts and tools, e.g. in Python
- You have very good analytical and communication skills and a structured way of working, combined with a high degree of initiative and motivation
- Your business-fluent English skills and your open and trustworthy personality enable you to communicate confidently with internal business customers, developers and management colleagues, business-fluent German is a plus
