R&D Manager

Your main responsibilities:

  • You will lead the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every team member feels supported and equipped to succeed from day one.
  • By managing recruitment and employee development plans, you’ll help us attract top talent and nurture their growth within the organization.
  • You’ll oversee administrative tasks like business trip planning, vacation management, and training coordination, ensuring smooth operations for our teams.
  • Through regular 1:1 meetings, you’ll build strong relationships with employees, addressing concerns and celebrating achievements.
  • You’ll drive continuous improvement by developing technical roadmaps, fostering innovation, and enhancing the developer experience.
  • Together with cross-functional teams, you’ll align on quality standards, process improvements, and strategies to support future growth.

 

What makes us successful together

  • Qualification: You hold a university or master’s degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in product or technology development, with a proven track record of leading teams.
  • Know-how and skills: Your expertise spans project management, R&D processes, and continuous process improvement methodologies.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with the HVAC industry, including its markets, technologies, and customer needs, is a strong advantage.
  • Personality: You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their best.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
