What we achieve together
Under the responsibility of the Director Group Program Management Wall-hung boilers, you will be driving new product development projects (~50%) while also keeping an existing boiler portfolio attractive (~50%). Your missions will be :
- With your technical know-how you shape our future boiler range by representing our customers in large development projects
- You are responsible for the precise specification of customer needs and to convert these into technical requirements
- Communication is key for you, as you will be closely collaborating with different departments like RnD, Supply Chain, Purchasing and many international markets
- Profitability is in your DNA: You monitor sales, revenues and costs and derive proposals for product optimization if necessary
- You keep our existing products attractive over the entire lifecycle (rollout to additional markets, change of components, cost-down activities, update of manuals, …), and act as the expert for all technical questions for your assigned boiler range
What makes us successful together
- At least 3 years of professional experience ideally in product management, program management, research and development (RnD), certification or another industrial function
- Solid know-how in HVAC technologies and business environment, strong customer focus, excellent communication skills with international teams
- Know-how in the application of methods and standards in the relevant processes, profound knowledge of SAP, MS-Office, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Requirements management (e.g., Siemens Polarion, IBM Rational DOORS, JIRA)
