Under the responsibility of the Director Group Program Management Cross Segment, you are in charge of new product development and responsible for the specifications of new products according to current and future market requirements. Your missions will be :

• Implement a permanent market observation and competition analysis
• Responsible for the specification and develop the product argumentation tailored to the customer segment in cooperation with the product management in the SMS organization
• Develop the business plans for new product development projects
• Develop the project roadmap under consideration of legal and technological framework
• Monitor sales, revenues, costs and profitability of the assigned products and developing proposals for portfolio optimization
• Provide technical support for the product and portfolio management of the SMS organization
• Ensure continuous reflection on the product group's strategy and introduction of innovations based on a broad knowledge of changing customer needs, technological advances and the competition

What makes us successful together

• At least 3 years of professional experience ideally in product or program management
• Solid know-how in HVAC technologies and business environment, strong customer focus, excellent communication skills with international teams
• Know-how in the application of methods and standards in the relevant processes, profound knowledge of SAP, MS-Office, PLM, Polarion
• Professional English
