What we achieve together

• In this role, our Supply Chain Manager, reporting to the Country Director Italy, will have continuous functional coordination with the Group Supply Chain Director.
• You will be responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall regional supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
• You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with group suppliers, production plants and distributors.
• The role requires a candidate capable of working with the team to maximize logistic service to the customer at a fair cost and respecting targeted KPIs applying soft values (kindness, politeness and respect). 
• A particular focus is requested on the following two key success factors: the accurate and timely demand & inventory planning and the optimization of local inventory (quantity & quality driven by product mix).
