What we achieve together

• As Manager Group Health & Safety (m/f/d), you will coordinate Group-wide occupational health and safety activities
• In addition to maintaining and further developing Group-wide occupational health and safety, ensuring the certification of our occupational health and safety management system, as part of the integrated management system, is an important part of your role
• Your tasks will include carrying out occupational health and safety audits with a focus on ISO 45001 
• You will monitor the status of occupational health and safety at the various Vaillant Group sites, track accident events and non-conformities as well as derived measures and maintain the Group-wide reporting and key figure system
• You support the Group-wide organizations in all matters relating to occupational health and safety and work closely with various central departments

What makes us successful together

• Qualification: You have successfully completed your Master's degree in the field of occupational safety science / engineering
• Qualification: You have additional training in the field of occupational health and safety management (e.g. as an auditor or a comparable qualification)
• Know-how: Several years of professional experience in international occupational health and safety round off your profile
• Personality: You enjoy understanding complex interrelationships and systematically developing solution concepts with all parties involved
• Personality: Self-motivation, team spirit and good presentation skills round off your profile
