We are seeking a seasoned Vendor Manager to join our growing team in Katowice. - You will establish a reliable vendor list structure, ensuring easy access to critical information and enhancing decision-making processes.
- You will facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between our internal stakeholders and vendors, aligning activities with our organizational goals.
- Your role will be crucial in monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring vendor compliance, and maintaining high service quality.
- Furthermore, you will lead tender processes with transparency and efficiency, coordinating with cross-functional teams to evaluate and select suppliers.
- You will support the development of strategic business cases, presenting data-driven recommendations that align with our priorities.
- You will nurture strategic partnerships with key vendors, fostering capability development through feedback and collaborative projects.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, IT or a related field.
- Experience: You at least 5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a similar role within the IT sector.
- Know-how and Skills: You are familiar with the modern IT solutions landscape and possess strong analytical skills and financial understanding.
- Nice to Have: A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus, enhancing your ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Personality: You are an effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English, with proficiency in Polish or German being a valuable addition.
