  • As IT Service Manager Smart Customer Solutions, You will ensure professional services provided from product teams to users of Vaillant apps and web portals
  • You will support got-to-market as well as provide and manage second level support for our digital products
  • In addition, acting as a point of contact to our international colleagues and consulting them on the effective configuration of their digital products is important to You
  • Assisting with content creation and country-specific configurations is Your high skill
  • Your tasks will also include planning training concepts, conducting training sessions with your stakeholders (e.g. the website editors) and creating demo websites as well as user manuals
  • Pre-qualifying tickets and coordinate them in close contact with product owners and development teams is Your asset

What makes us successful together

  • You have successfully completed a university degree with IT-related studies or a comparable qualification
  • Expertise in working with Atlassian JIRA/Confluence and FirstSpirit (or similar Content Management System) is ideally complemented by initial ITSM and Salesforce experience in an agile environment
  • First experience with didactic and methodological basics are also advantageous
  • You enjoy supporting other people in their work and passing on knowledge
  • Thanks to your business fluent English skills and your open and trustworthy personality, you communicate confidently at all levels
  • You are always interested in learning and developing beyond your usual areas of expertise
