What we achieve together

• As  a Scrum Master, you are responsible for the agile process, the efficiency, self-organization and collaboration of our teams
• You will identify training needs for different stakeholder groups from individual rolls to teams and executives, develop coaching concepts and conduct them using appropriate methods
• To support the self-organized agile software development team, you will facilitate all Scrum events and ensure that they are positive, productive and kept within their timeframe
• In addition, you will drive continuous improvement and data driven learning in the teams 
• You will consult and collaborate with the stakeholders representing business interests, bring together the needed business areas and facilitate and moderate the process to build up a productive collaboration 

What makes us successful together

• You have successfully completed your studies in business/computer science or a comparable course and ideally bring along professional experience in a similar role
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach in the introduction and scaling of agile methods is required
• You bring strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to inspire teams
• Expertise in executing agile methodologies/frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban is what makes you suitable for this role 
• You have a high degree of independence, empathy and strong communication skills as well as you can manage your business onsite and online
• Ability to manage and integrate international teams and different cultures is needed
• Fluent English skills are a must-have
