As a SAP Order-To-Cash Consultant (SD/LE), you will play a key role in leading end-to-end SAP SD rollouts and driving process improvements for the Vaillant Group. You will act as a technical expert and advisor for business stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation, optimization, and integration of SAP O2C processes - especially with Salesforce and Webshop interfaces.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- You will lead the rollout and transformation of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes, shaping the future of our international sales and logistics operations.
- By designing and optimizing SAP SD/LE solutions, you ensure our business needs and governance standards are met.
- Your expertise will drive seamless integration with Salesforce and Webshop interfaces, making our digital customer journey even more inspiring.
- Collaborating closely with Data Custodians, you will participate in creation of innovative data cleansing solutions and streamline our workflows for maximum efficiency.
- You take ownership of project management, from planning and resource allocation to milestone tracking, using both agile and waterfall methods.
- As a mentor and advisor, you empower junior colleagues, deliver impactful training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- You develop functional specifications, coordinate with development teams, software architects and customize SAP components.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: With at least 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years as a SAP SD/O2C consultant, you have led global SAP template projects and successful rollouts.
- Know-how and skills: Your deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, O2C processes, and integration with Salesforce/CRM systems sets you apart; you bring strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Nice to have: Experience in project management and familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence would be a plus.
- Personality: You communicate with empathy and confidence, thrive on curiosity, and bring a collaborative spirit to every challenge.
- Language skills: Your fluent business English enables you to connect and succeed in our international environment.
