What we achieve together

Smart Customer Solutions is a department developing software platforms that offer seamless integrated customer journeys within global digital portfolio of Vaillant Group. We organised our products into 4 software Platforms: Acquisition, Incentivization & Service, Planning.

 

  • You will be responsible for delivering capabilities of one software Platform into the customer facing portals (e. g. B2C Portal, B2B Portal), as designed in Domain Driven Development approach
  • With Your knowledge and experience, You will be responsible for defining and communicating clear, compelling Platform Vision and align it with overall business strategy and goals
  • You will be prioritizing Platform Backlog and ensuring that most valuable for end-users initiatives are prioritized higher
  • Additionally, You will be responsible for the high level of business value and excellent quality of the software across the Platform
  • Cooperating closely with business owners and key stakeholders to create most valuable digital experiences is Your high skill
  • You will oversee work of Scrum Teams within a Platform ensuring the intermittent delivery of value

What makes us successful together

  • Significant experience in Agile software development in the roles of Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Team Leader, Scrum Master or similar is what makes You suitable candidate for this role
  • You understand technical aspects of software development
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess data, market trends and business needs is required
  • Technical analysis and problem-solving skills are necessary
  • You are able to establish, maintain and manage multiple relationships with stakeholders
  • High level of communication skills and very good command of English is a must-have
