Product Marketing Manager


  • Gathering and analyzing all data about competitions, market trends and customer insights related to the product portfolio. Constantly following, evaluating and reporting market dynamics
  • Creating an annual product marketing plan in line with the marketing strategy. Campaign/discount management (annual commercial marketing plans, regional and local campaigns, campaign budget specification)
  • Following and reporting monthly sales and margin developments and making product price and profitability analyzes (application prices / competitor price analysis), taking actions if necessary
  • Timely launching of new product projects and providing product-related information and approvals. Ensure that the problems that may occur with the product are resolved with the relevant departments to ensure the continuity of the business. Take timely actions by following the necessary legal regulations regarding its own product group, to determine its effects on the roadmap
  • Managing the product life cycle, maximizing the margin to be obtained from product groups. Manage the in/out process with minimum stock level and to make sure that the sales forecasts are made correctly.
  • Preparing communication items related to the products and providing content for corporate communication (press releases, etc.) for regular PR communication of the products.


  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering,
  • Having technical and theoretical knowledge about Heating and Cooling Devices
  • Minimum 6 years of B2B marketing or Product Management or Product Marketing experience, preferably at least 3-4 years of HVAC industry experience,
  • Preferably End-User oriented approach experience, minimum 2 years of campaign and activity design experience
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving ability, result oriented, project management experience / skills,
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excell and PPT),Preferably SAP experience
  • Advanced English speaking and writing skills,B class driver's license
