Import & Export Operations and Export Compliance Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Managing foreign trade operations of Vaillant Turkiye entities
  • Managing 3PL operations consist of custom bonded warehouse and in & out cross-border transportation
  • Ensuring that the company is utilizing all governmental subsidies and programs into its foreign trade operations. For example, DİİB (inward processing regym), YYS (authorised economic operator), YTB, etc.
  • Managing supplier selection process for 3PL operations and customs consultancy in cooperation with Purchasing department
  • Conducting logistics cost analyzes for cross border operations, contibuting to landed cost evaluation by providing inbound cost calculations related to the product’s HS Code group.
  • Ensuring the compliance of Vaillant Turkiye foreign trade operations with respect to Turkish legislation as well as Vaillant Group directive
  • Managing budget planning process for 3PL operations, customs expenses, and department OpEx
  • Last but not the least, ‘leading’ the team
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of job experience in the related fields in total, and min. 3 years of management experience,
  • Good command of MS Office software, and SAP knowledge,
  • Advanced level of English language,
  • Leadership & Communication skills
  • Analytical thinking, project management, harmony in team working, strategic thinking skill, customs and legislation knowhow.
