What we achieve together

• Design and implementation of a material group strategy under consideration of the market environment as well as internal customer requirements.
• Steering of all sourcing activities linked to the material groups “Motors & Actuators” and “Heating Elements” on international basis including procurement market research and supplier relationship management.
• Eligible supplier management including supplier selection, classification, and development to ensure the fulfillment international quality targets.
• Security of supplies within the responsible material group in critical market situations as well as preventive BCM measures including contractual conclusions on international basis.
• Engineering-Change-Management and strategic risk management. 
• Preparation and execution of top management meetings and regular innovation workshops with suppliers.
• Securing cost competitiveness by coordination of appropriate cost-reduction measures.
• Negotiation and conclusion of procurement contracts and quality agreements.
• Responsible for data and document quality regarding regular material price planning and tracking.
• Master data maintenance and completion of all supplier documents (e.g., RoHs, REACH, Supplier posters, contracts, etc.) and compliant archiving.

What makes us successful together

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent 
• Minimum 3 years professional work experience in an international company, ideally in similar position.
• Basic technical understanding and good knowledge in MS Office and SAP required.
• You are confident in communicating in fluent English.
