What we achieve together
- Working within a busy inventory office, you will be dealing with internal and external customer service enquiries including proof of delivery, manual order entry and query resolution.
- Taking ownership of customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions within agreed time scales to resolve these.
- Entering manual orders into our SAP system and monitoring of EDI order entry logs for internal and external customer orders, raising returns into our SAP system and arranging collections using our partner carrier’s software.
- Ensuring internal and external customer requirements are fully met and goods are dispatched in accordance with customer requirements including supplying materials in an effective and timely manner.
- Providing an induction to our new field service engineers regarding van stock and our parts delivery processes, supplying parts in an effective and timely manner to maintain van stock levels and meet any additional part requirements.
- Completing regular ABCD analysis of service & customer stock locations.
