- Monitor market feedback and communicate customer insights to influence product development and improvements: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

- Strong knowledge of hot water cylinder products and related systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach, self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events to generate leads.
