- During the transition to series production, you will ensure that products and manufacturing processes are approved to meet customer requirements,
- You will ensure that components received from suppliers meet quality requirements and verify the related documentation,
- You will track project risks. By identifying risks that could threaten product safety, you will provide the project team with a clear and transparent perspective,
- You will implement the FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) process. You will ensure that the FMEA method is applied systematically, securing quality during the design and production stages,
- You will oversee the pilot production process. You will make necessary preparations for production validation, coordinate tests, and evaluate the results,
- You will be responsible for the development of quality processes at an international level. You will develop methodologies in areas such as FMEA, Functional Control Networks, and Part Approval, and train teams,
- You will ensure that product requirements are defined according to customer demands and that manufacturing processes are planned accordingly.

- Experience; With more than 6 years of experience in quality planning, development and/or manufacturing, you will have the opportunity to join our dynamic team,
- Know-how and skills; With sound knowledge of product function in the field of heating technology, experience as an auditor, and strong knowledge and confident application of quality methods (such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and knowing and managing the processes related to ISO standards of the department, you can make a difference with your expertise,
- Language skills; With strong command of English you can express yourself effectively on an international level,
- Personality: Strong skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, communication management, and reporting will set you apart.
